LOS ANGELES – May 24, 2021 – Robert J. Herrington, co-chair of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Class Action Litigation Group, will lead a webinar titled “Classwide Damages Models in Misleading and False Advertising Consumer Class Actions” for Strafford on May 27 from 1 p.m.-2:30 p.m. EDT. The webinar will include an interactive Q&A and offers continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
Strafford is an internet based professional development platform that hosts CLE, continuing professional education (CPE) and other educational courses for lawyers and accountants. Herrington’s panel will discuss different classwide damages models used to gain certification and how to utilize them. The presentation will also include information regarding the use of expert witnesses to determine the application of damages models for specific needs.
Herrington, who also is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice, focuses his practice on defending consumer products companies in complex, multi-party litigation, including class actions, government enforcement litigation, product defect litigation, and mass torts.
