Greenberg Traurig’s Kemal Hawa to Moderate Panel at Bisnow Chicago Data Center Conference

WASHINGTON – Aug. 30, 2021 – Kemal Hawa, a shareholder of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will moderate a panel at Bisnow’s upcoming data center investment conference in Chicago. The conference, entitled DICE Midwest: New Data Center Expansion Opportunities in the Windy City, will take place on September 14, 2021. Hawa’s panel, titled “Delivering and Investing in Midwest Markets,” will take place at 9 a.m. CDT.

The panel will discuss “the state of the Chicago and Midwest data center market, key drivers for expansion in the region, where providers see long-term potential, and which facilities coming online are shaping the market” and include the following panelists: Anthony Bolner, partner & EVP at Stream Data Centers; Craig McKesson, CCO of T5 Data Centers; Jennifer Herson, president of Data Canopy; and Ed Sitar, manager of Economic & Business Development at ComEd.

Hawa, a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate Practice, focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the telecommunications, media, tower, and technology industries, domestically and internationally.
