Tiffany M. Andras practices litigation and has experience in a wide range of complex matters, including environmental litigation under Superfund laws, class actions, shareholder disputes, director and officer fiduciary duty claims, fraud, commercial banking, wage and hour disputes under the FLSA, and general contract disputes. She has worked with clients facing potential enforcement action by federal regulatory agencies, and is experienced working with clients in ongoing civil investigations under the False Claims Act.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Tiffany gained experience in financial reporting for a publicly traded retail company.



  • Member of trial team that successfully obtained civil verdict awarding damages to founder of pharmaceutical company in bench trial for claims under Delaware law arising from wrongful dilution of equity shares and subsequent squeeze out by reverse stock split.
