- Advised on the acquisition of a portfolio of 5 science parks with a total value of £94m in a challenging three week timeframe. Sarah continues to oversee the management of this portfolio of assets.°
- Advised on the acquisition of The Holbeck Portfolio in Leeds city centre for the purposes of a scheme of mixed use development with an anticipated developed value of £500m.°
- Acted for joint venture vehicle and equity funder in purchasing the Sovereign Shopping Centre, Weston-Super-Mare by way of a purchase of a Jersey Property Unit Trust.°
- Worked on a deal to purchase a portfolio of 20 mixed use properties by way of purchase of a complex offshore corporate structure for a reported value in excess of £130 million.°
- Advised the Oaktree Capital Management and Patrizia joint venture on its acquisition of three MEPC business parks for £430 million from Hermes Real Estate. The business parks comprise: Chineham Park in Basingstoke, Birchwood Park in Warrington and Hillington Park in Glasgow.°

- Before converting to law, Sarah spent a year teaching English as a foreign language in Menorca followed by a year working for Procter & Gamble in Rome on their cash forecasting and bank reconciliation.
