Eric Hernandez

Eric Hernandez focuses his practice on civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts, which includes representing clients in complex commercial litigation cases involving, among other things, class-action claims, corporate and partnership governance, business torts, contracts, and fraud.

Eric also has experience representing clients in white collar civil and criminal litigation matters and conducting large internal and government investigations related to DOJ and SEC allegations of fraud, bribery, and other crimes.

Eric’s practice also includes conducting anti-bribery and sanctions and export control due diligence in connection with complex mergers and transactions, and assisting clients in managing pre-trial proceedings, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and preparing clients for interviews and depositions.
