Eric Hernandez focuses his practice on civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts in various jurisdictions, which includes representing clients in complex commercial litigation cases involving, among other things, commercial disputes, business torts, contracts, class-action claims, corporate and partnership governance, and fraud. Eric has experience assisting clients in managing pre-trial proceedings, including drafting and responding to pre-trial motions, managing e-discovery efforts, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and preparing clients for interviews and depositions.
Eric also has experience representing clients in white collar civil and criminal litigation matters and conducting internal investigations related to allegations of fraud, bribery, and other crimes by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
Eric’s practice also includes conducting anti-bribery, sanctions, and export control due diligence in connection with complex mergers and transactions.
Eric is also passionate about pro-bono work, and has successfully represented various clients in family, immigration, criminal, and employment matters.
