Lotte Kuhn focuses her practice on corporate law, competition law and commercial contracting. She advises clients on a wide range of EU regulatory and compliance aspects. In addition, Lotte represents clients in litigation and arbitration regarding contracting disputes and other commercial matters.
Lotte holds an LL.M from Leiden University. As part of an exchange programme during her studies, she took corporate law classes at Istanbul University in Turkey. Additionally, she has completed extracurricular classes in employment law at the University of Amsterdam. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Lotte served as a court clerk of the Rotterdam District Court, where she gained a practical understanding of Dutch procedural law. Lotte is a member of the Dutch Bar.
