Felipe Morales Vélez focuses his practice on tax law and has broad experience providing tax advice in the structuring of public and private real estate funds, as well as in the operation of portfolios derived from the sales and/or acquisitions of real estate assets.
He also has experience planning and structuring equity funds and strategic alliances.
Felipe frequently coordinates proceedings on behalf of his clients before tax and non-fiscal authorities, including the Tax Administration Service (SAT), Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) and Nacional Financiera (NAFIN), among others.
