  • Representation of Jarden Corporation (NYSE: JAH), a leading global consumer products company, in its $15.4 billion acquisition by Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (NYSE: NWL).  The combined company, named Newell Brands, merged portfolios of brands including Sharpie markers, Yankee Candle and Crock-Pot.
  • Representation of Nipro Diagnostics, Inc., a Florida-based consumer health and wellness company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's Nipro Corporation, in its $273 million acquisition by China's Sinocare Group.
  • Representation of BioTelemetry, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAT), a leading wireless medical technology company focused on the delivery of health information, in its $15 million acquisition of VirtualScopics, Inc. (NASDAQ: VSCP), a leading provider of clinical trial imaging solutions.
  • Representation of Las Olas Venture Capital in its Seed Series investment in Reloquest, Inc., a cloud-based software platform company.
  • Representation of a private equity fund in its stock acquisitions (and related financings) of two leading healthcare staffing companies.
  • Representation of an integrated, private medical practice dedicated to providing anesthesia care for multiple medical facilities in New York, in its sale to MEDNAX, Inc. (NYSE: MD).
