Alan R. Greenfield will be speaking at the International Bar Association on October 9, 2017 in Sydney Australia. His talk, "Hot Topics in International Sales, Franchising and Product Law,” will cover a variety of topics including, struggling franchisees and sales partners, terms and conditions of purchase and sale, and the increasing importance of choosing the right venue for dispute resolution in international sales.
