Matt Cannon is a panelist at "FCPA at 40: So What? Now What?" hosted by the University of Illinois College of Law and the Gies College of Business. The symposium will contribute commentary and analysis about the FCPA drawn from participants’ diverse academic and practical knowledge. By bringing together academics, corporate ethics and compliance officers, and legal counsel, the symposium offers something rarely found in the academy, a dialogue between those who write about a topic and those who actually practice it – a conversation essential to improving business practices as well as ethics, legislative, and regulatory reform in the anti-bribery and corruption arena. Matt's panel is titled "Has the FCPA Really Worked? How Can We Tell?"
