On Tuesday, March 13, Courtney Noce, shareholder, and Scott Decker, of counsel, in Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office as well as Christiana Signs, associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office, presented a webinar entitled, “An Employer’s Guide to Immigration Audits and Enforcement Actions in 2018.” Noce, Decker and Signs discussed immigration and compliance in the current administration, potential interactions with and audits by different government agencies as well as issues and complications that may arise in the event of government audits and enforcement actions.
