ABA Business Law Section Virtual Cyberspace Law Institute and Winter Working Meeting 2021

The ABA Business Law Section Virtual Cyberspace Law Institute and Winter Working Meeting 2021 will take place February 3-5, 10-12, and 17-19. On Wednesday, February 17 at 3:00 p.m. CT, GT Shareholder Ian C. Ballon (LA/SV) will be presenting the CLE session "Looking into a Crystal Future: Law and Litigation Developments in Cybersecurity." The program will address developments generated by recent litigation and trends in internet, mobile, and technology litigation and provide in-depth analysis of recent developments in litigation involving cybersecurity. Emerging case law developments and pending legal matters will also be discussed, including implications for legal risk management and governance practices.
