Attorneys of Color
Further solidifying our demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion at GT, are our events, programming, sponsorships, and affinity groups focusing on attorneys of color. GT’s culture of diversity, equity and inclusion means that attorneys of color have held leadership positions throughout the firm’s history, including but certainly not limited to former CEO and now Senior Chairman Cesar L. Alvarez and current Co-President Ernest L. Greer. Inclusion is not what we do, it is who we are at GT. At every level of the firm, diversity IS action.
GT’s commitment to empowerment helps our diverse attorneys impact communities and issues about which they are passionate. Our attorneys of color are committed to taking a lead in fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in the profession and beyond.
