SAN FRANCISCO (Oct. 1, 2014) – Alison M. Gathright has joined the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP as of counsel in its Corporate & Securities practice group. She will be based out of the firm’s San Francisco office.

Gathright counsels clients on corporate and securities matters with a focus on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. She has deep transactional experience structuring and negotiating strategic and leveraged acquisitions of public and private targets as well as handling divestures, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Gathright helps clients with equity financings, minority and venture capital investments, restructurings, executive compensation matters, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
