Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Ginger Pigott, J. Rick Tache, and David Dykeman to Present at DeviceTalks West in California

BOSTON — Dec. 7, 2015 — Ginger Pigott, J. Rick Tache, and David J. Dykeman, attorneys with global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at DeviceTalks West, Dec. 9, 2015, at the Irvine Marriott, Irvine, CA.

From 4 - 5:30 p.m., Dykeman, Boston shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s global Life Sciences & Medical Technology Group, will moderate the panel discussion, “Hot Topics: M&A Mega-Deals, IP, Financing, and Products Liability Trends for MedTech Companies.” Pigott, Los Angeles shareholder and vice-chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Group, and Tache, Orange County managing shareholder, co-chair of the Global Patent Litigation Group, and chair of the Orange County Intellectual Property & Technology Group, will serve as panelists. They will be joined by medtech leaders, Eric Geismer, vice president and chief counsel of Medtronic Diabetes; Robert Greenberg, chairman of Second Sight Medical Products; and Saeed Azimi, founder, CEO, and president of DynoSense.
