A formerWilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP partner with experience advocating for some of Manhattan's biggest commercial real estate developers has joined Greenberg Traurig LLP in its Albany office, where he will represent clients in policy matters before the state government.
Sam NeJame, who joined the firm as shareholder in early December, will help Greenberg Traurig's Albany office assist a wide range of clients in legislative and regulatory matters before the New York state government, the firm said. He brings with him several real estate clients, including SL Green Realty Corp. and Tishman Speyer Properties, two of Manhattan’s largest commercial landlords.
