Greenberg Traurig Advises Pfleiderer Grajewo on Refinancing of Pfleiderer Group

WARSAW – Feb. 25, 2016 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. in connection with refinancing and amendment of the existing indebtedness of the company and certain of its subsidiaries. The refinancing was a part of the cross-border corporate reorganization of the Pfleiderer Group whereby Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. became the parent company of the restructured Pfleiderer Group.

The refinancing and amendment of the existing indebtedness included, inter alia, a revolving credit facility agreement with tranches of EUR 60 million and PLN 200 million, ancillary facility agreements and notes in the amount of EUR 322 million.

Local Partner Aleksander Janiszewski, supported by Magdalena Bachleda-Księdzularz, Maja Gawrysiuk, and Martyna Komorniczak (Associates), was responsible for banking and finance matters related to the refinancing of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. and certain of its subsidiaries.
