Greenberg Traurig’s Bradley R. Marsh to Discuss Strategies to Avoid Reassessment at CalCPA’s 2016 Estate and Trust Planning Conference

SAN FRANCISCO  – June 13, 2016 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Bradley R. Marsh will be speaking at the CalCPA's 2016 Estate and Trust Planning Conference,” held June 16-June 17 at the Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.

Speaking Friday, June 17, at 10:15 a.m., Marsh will address the topic "Property Tax Strategies to Avoid Reassessment."  Marsh will discuss techniques using both legal entities and other applicable exclusions to provide clients with property tax-efficient transactions, as well as other hot topics.

According to the website, the conference will help identify ways to maximize the worth of clients’ estates, recall specific non-tax reasons for estate planning, and recognize ways to take advantage of changes in estate planning to build a practice.

Marsh, a shareholder in the firm’s San Francisco office, focuses his practice on tax controversy matters, including property, sales, payroll, business license, employment, franchise, parcel, district, documentary transfer, transient occupancy, utility user, income, parking, gift, and estate taxes.
