Greenberg Traurig’s Kelly Bunting to Speak at SHRM Conference in DC

WASHINGTON – June 6, 2016 – Kelly Dobbs Bunting from the global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will participate in the 2016 Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Conference & Exposition from June 19-22 in Washington, D.C. The conference is the largest HR event in the world, which offers HR professionals targeted strategies and practical takeaways to achieve their goals.

On June 21, Bunting will present "Updating Your Employee Handbook and Harassment Training to Include the LGBT Workforce.” Bunting’s session will focus on recent court and agency decisions and guidance regarding gay marriage, sexual orientation discrimination, so-called “bathroom laws,” and other hot-topic LGBT-related issues, and how that impacts an employer’s company handbook, code of conduct, training policies, and corporate procedures.
