Greenberg Traurig is Finalist for ALM Pennsylvania Regional Litigation Department of the Year

PHILADELPHIA – Oct. 2, 2018 – The Litigation Practice team in the Philadelphia office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP was named a finalist for The American Lawyer Regional Litigation Department of the Year award for Pennsylvania.

“We couldn’t be prouder of our Philadelphia litigation team and this recognition of the quality work produced by our office,” said Curtis B. Toll, managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office. “It is consistent with our firm’s broader commitment to serve clients of all sizes across the entire litigation spectrum.”

This is the first year the firm’s Philadelphia office has been recognized by American Lawyer Media (ALM) publications for litigation.

According to The American Lawyer, the newly revamped American Lawyer Industry Awards, to be presented at a Dec. 5 event in New York City, are “recognitions meant to honor exceptional work that goes on across the entire legal services delivery spectrum and the increasing interconnectedness among members of that community."

Earlier this year, Greenberg Traurig was selected as National Litigation Department of the Year for Products Liability by The American Lawyer. Regional winners will be announced at the awards ceremony.

The firm’s Atlanta office also was named a finalist for Regional Litigation Department of the Year in Georgia. This is the fourth consecutive year Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta litigation departments have been recognized by American Lawyer publications. Florida and New Jersey have also been previously recognized.
