David Weinstein Receives Honorable Mention for Litigator of the Week

David B. Weinstein received an honorable mention for "Litigator of the Week" in the American Lawyer newsletter dated May 18, 2018 for his defense of Mosaic Fertilizer. Weinstein led the defense when the company was sued for $60 million by a woman who claimed she was seriously harmed by exposure to hazardous air pollutants and other emissions from one of Mosaic’s factories. On May 14, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit affirmed the lower court’s dismissal of the case.
