Greenberg Traurig Represents Madison International Realty in the Acquisition of a Majority Stake in Capital Park

WARSAW – March 15, 2019 – The Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Madison International Realty LLP in the preliminary agreement regarding the indirect acquisition of a majority stake in Capital Park S.A., the investor in the ArtN complex in the Wola district of Warsaw. The transaction is subject to customary anti-trust approval and certain other conditions.
