Greenberg Traurig’s Gaming Practice, Attorneys Recognized by Chambers and Partners

LAS VEGAS – June 20, 2019 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Gaming Practice and three of its Gaming attorneys have been recognized in The Chambers USA 2019 Guide. The firm was also recognized at the state level for Gaming & Licensing in Nevada. According to its website, Chambers and Partners, a UK-based publisher, selects attorneys and practice areas for inclusion based on thousands of interviews with practicing lawyers and clients around the world.

Greenberg Traurig’s Gaming Practice is recognized in the guide’s USA-Nationwide Gaming & Licensing category. In addition, the following attorneys received market- and practice-specific recognition:

Bonner is managing shareholder of the Las Vegas Office and concentrates his practice in the areas of corporation finance, corporate governance, business transactions, securities, and gaming. He represents clients in corporate securities and other business transactions; including acting as lead counsel on mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, private placements and a variety of financing, acquisition, and restructuring transactions for publicly held and privately held business entities.

Clayton is co-chair of the Global Gaming Practice and has wide-ranging experience in the gaming industry and focuses his practice on gaming operational and regulatory matters, including those related to land-based gaming, internet gaming, and the manufacturing and distribution of gaming equipment. He also focuses on legislation and regulatory projects and represents clients with gaming matters in U.S. and international jurisdictions. Earlier this year, Clayton was recognized by Chambers Global Guide as a star individual in gaming for the second year in a row.

Sabol is co-chair of the Gaming Practice and co-chair of the firm's Global Women's Initiative. She focuses her practice on gaming regulatory and business law, representing national and international casino owners, operators and suppliers in the areas of regulatory compliance, acquisition, licensure, internal investigation matters and corporate counseling. Her previous legal experience includes her role as Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer with Hyatt Gaming Management, Inc., which owns, manages and consults with casinos in the United States and abroad.
