Bonner is managing shareholder of the Las Vegas Office and concentrates his practice in the areas of corporation finance, corporate governance, business transactions, securities, and gaming. Clayton is co-chair of the Global Gaming Practice and has wide-ranging experience in the gaming industry and focuses his practice on gaming operational and regulatory matters, including those related to land-based gaming, internet gaming, and the manufacturing and distribution of gaming equipment. He also focuses on legislation and regulatory projects and represents clients with gaming matters in U.S. and international jurisdictions. Earlier this year, Clayton was recognized by Chambers Global Guide as a star individual in gaming for the second year in a row.
Sabol is co-chair of the Gaming Practice and co-chair of the firm's Global Women's Initiative.
