Alfredo Pentimalli and Iacopo Stasi assisted Unes Maxi in its successful tender for the acquisition of eight supermarkets in the North of Italy from Rex Supermercati S.r.l. in liquidazione. They assisted the client throughout the tender procedure - in the context of a Pre-Bankruptcy Composition Plan (“Concordato Preventivo”) – in the drafting, the review and the negotiation of the contractual documents as well as in the renegotiation of various ancillary agreements.
