Greenberg Traurig advised CA Immo on the acquisition of Postępu 14 office building

WARSAW - November 2, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig advised CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo), specialist in office properties in Central European capitals, on the acquisition of all shares in P14 Sp. z o.o., the owner of the Postępu 14 office building located in the Mokotów area of Warsaw.

Postępu 14 is one of the most state-of-the-art office buildings in the district of Mokotów, offering 34,500 sqm of leasable space. The development stands out for its green solutions, including clean energy from wind turbines, cycling infrastructure, an electric vehicle charging station, energy-saving lifts and lighting as well as the use of rainwater to water plants and cool the AC systems.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Partner Radomił Charzyński who was supported by Senior Associate Olga Durawa at the first stage of the transaction and co-led by Associates: Filip Widuch and Karolina Woronko-Kawa, supported by Associate Alicja Flis and Karolina Woźniak, at the second stage. Senior Associate Karolina Olko negotiated the title insurance policy for the transaction, and was responsible for managing the due diligence team, which included Senior Associate Adam Narloch and Associates: Marcin Gralewski, Michał Niećko, Marta Trębacka, Tomasz Denko and Jakub Gajzler. Senior Associates Paweł Jaśkiewicz and Magdalena Bachleda-Księdzularz and Associate Katarzyna Goljan advised on the financing aspects of the transaction and were supervised by Partner Aleksander Janiszewski.
