LAS VEGAS – Oct. 9, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has expanded its Intellectual Property & Technology and Trademark & Brand Management Practice Groups in Las Vegas with the addition of Clay Tillack as of counsel, joining from Schiff Hardin.

Tillack focuses his practice on both the transactional and litigation aspects of high stakes intellectual property and franchise law matters. He represents clients with trademark prosecution, trademark protection, and trademark infringement claims, as well as rights of publicity and commercial litigation. His clients include private and public organizations, hospitality franchisors, athletes, and sport agencies.
