Greenberg Traurig advises WERTGRUND on the acquisition of two residential development projects with more than 150 apartments in Bad Homburg, Germany

Greenberg Traurig has advised WERTGRUND Immobilien AG on the purchase of two planned residential development complexes in Bad Homburg. The purchase was made for the funds "WERTGRUND WohnSelect D" and "WERTGRUND Wohnen & Leben". In total, more than 150 apartments are to be built. The total investment volume is approximately 86.6 million euros.

Greenberg Traurig comprehensively advised WERTGRUND on all legal aspects of the transaction in the area of real estate/M&A.

After completion, one of the residential complexes will comprise 72 apartments and 83 underground parking spaces with a total living area of 5,500 square meters. The other project will consist of 82 apartments, spread over 6,250 square meters, and 93 underground parking spaces.
