Greenberg Traurig Elevates 2 Attorneys in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS – Feb. 10, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced the elevation of Erica Okerberg to Shareholder and Emina Kwok to Of Counsel in the firm’s Las Vegas office.

Okerberg focuses her practice on gaming law, including licensing and regulatory work, and promotional law, including sweepstakes and social gaming. Okerberg's experience includes assisting U.S. and international clients with regulatory and operational matters; representing clients in connection with gaming applications; and, researching and analyzing a variety of gaming-related topics.

Kwok focuses her practice on real estate law with her experience extending across the areas of commercial and residential acquisition and dispositions, finance, development, and leasing. She represents international, national, and local investors; institutions; and individuals within a wide range of asset classes, including mixed-use projects, offices, restaurants, retail spaces, auto dealerships, multifamily, student housing, master planned, and condominium developments.

Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of 44 attorneys to shareholder and of counsel. The new shareholders span 17 offices and 12 practice areas. The new of counsel span nine offices and practice in six areas of law. In addition, the firm reported a seventh consecutive year of record revenue of $1.73 billion.
