Greenberg Traurig Elevates 3 Attorneys in Atlanta Office

ATLANTA – Feb. 11, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP elevated Melissa López Rogers and Jacqueline E. Tambone to shareholder and Victoria J. Langton to of counsel in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of 44 attorneys to shareholder and of counsel. The 30 new shareholders span 17 offices and 12 practice areas. The 14 attorneys elevated to of counsel or counsel come from nine different offices and practice in six areas of law. In addition, the firm reported revenues of USD $1.73 billion for FY 2020, the seventh consecutive year of record revenue, and a 5.48% increase over the previous year.

López Rogers is a member of the Orlando and Atlanta Public Finance & Infrastructure Practice and has broad experience as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters' counsel, bank counsel, trustee's counsel, borrower's counsel, and purchasers' counsel in various types of tax-exempt and taxable financings, including general government, transportation, water, sewer, and electric utilities, higher education, community development districts, and tax allocation districts, with a particular focus on disclosure and municipal securities issues, economic development, and public-private partnerships.

Tambone, who focuses her practice on products liability litigation with an emphasis on pharmaceutical, medical devices, and other consumer products, is a member of the Atlanta and Boston Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation practice. She also has experience with general litigation matters including commercial litigation, complex business disputes, eminent domain, and white collar criminal matters. Tambone is also a member of the firm’s eDiscovery Advisory Group, where she focuses on all aspects of the eDiscovery process and risk management for her clients.

Langton focuses her practice on defending manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products in products liability litigation. She also has experience with general commercial litigation matters, including false advertising and other intellectual property litigation. She represents companies in state and federal courts, including single-plaintiff and mass tort actions, and serving as national coordinating counsel for products liability matters.
