The property is located in the Berlin district of Treptow-Köpenick and was sold by a family office. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The complex was built in 1997. It comprises a total residential area of around 8,000 square meters as well as a commercial area of around 4,800 square meters and 134 parking spaces. All apartments in the complex are currently leased.
