Johnine Barnes to Speak at Women in the Law & Leadership Virtual Summit

WASHINGTON, D.C.  April 20, 2021 – Johnine P. Barnes, shareholder and chair of the Washington, D.C. Labor and Employment Practice Group of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will participate in CenterForce USA’s Women in the Law & Leadership Virtual Summit: Washington, D.C. on April 21. This year’s theme is Awareness into Action: Inspiring Change.

Barnes will speak on the panel titled “No Longer A Man’s World: Getting a Seat at the Table” that will address how to position current successes and experiences for growth opportunities and career advancement in the legal industry.

Barnes is nationally noted for her counselling and compliance practice. Her practice focuses on client compliance with federal and state statutes governing employment and labor laws. Recognized as one of the 500 Leading Attorneys in America by Lawdragon (2020 & 2021), she has counseled and represented companies ranging in size from Fortune 10 to small family businesses, government agencies, and associations.
