GREENBERG TRAURIG SANTA MARIA ASSISTS EQT EXETER IN SALE AND LEASE BACK OF LOGISTIC ASSET NEAR CREMONA

MILAN – June 16, 2022 – Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria assisted EQT Exeter in the acquisition of newly constructed a logistic property near Cremona. The property is used, inter alia, for the storage of biomedical products. This is part of a wider sale and leaseback transaction concerning a real estate portfolio for logistics use composed of seven additional warehouses, already subjected to sale and lease back between the parties.
