Cherie S. Raidy represents large corporations, financial institutions, and real estate companies and focuses her traditional practice on finance, commercial lending, and real estate and business transactions. She regularly advises on the acquisition and disposition of hotels, office buildings, tenant headquarter leases, and other real property projects, in addition to commercial loan documentation, multifamily lending, synthetic leases, corporate trust, project finance , real estate finance, foreclosure, and workouts and lender side consumer finance litigation.
Cherie’s experience includes corporate negotiations and drafting of management buyout agreements, as well as asset and stock purchase agreements. She also represents private equity funds engaged in the acquisition of distressed companies.

- Represented an operator of health care facilities as California supervising counsel in the $3.2 billion financing transaction with a national lender.°
- Represented the Transportation Corridor System as special acquisition counsel for the $4.2 billion asset purchase transaction for the Foothill Eastern and San Joaquin toll road extensions in Southern California.°
- Representing GE Capital in the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Tribe dba Phoenix Cement Company $80,000,000 loan syndication in Phoenix, Arizona for the construction of cement production facilities.°
- Representing Bank of America on the Sherman Oaks Galleria syndication and the Crypto.com Arena adjacent buildings and parking lots construction loans.°
- Currently handling syndications representing Chase Manhattan Bank and another large bank, as agent, on a $500,000,000 transaction.°
- Representing Union Bank, as agent, on a syndication with a well-known borrower in the clothing industry on a $100,000,000 transaction.°
- Representing Comerica as agent on a real estate syndication and building loans in four states.°
- Representing State Street National Bank and Trust Company in California, on various syndication leases, off-balance sheet financings, and sale-leaseback financings, for multiple energy and other infrastructure projects in amounts exceeding $100,000,000.°
