SHRM Annual Meeting 2019

On Monday, June 24, 2019, Kelly Dobbs Bunting, shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office, will present at the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) Annual Conference. Bunting’s presentation entitled, “Trouble in the Suez: An Employer's Duty of Care to Employees Based Overseas,” will help employers understand the risks in sending an employee overseas or placing an employee in an overseas position, and the company's legal duty of care to that employee.
