GT's Shari Heyen, Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice and Co-Managing Shareholder of the Houston office is participating as a speaker at the 94th annual National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges on Thursday, October 29 at 2:15 p.m. The program session is titled "Recidivist Debtors: Chapter 22s of Oil & Gas Business Debtors: Why Is It Happening and What Are They Doing They Didn't Do the First Time?" and will focus on the recent influx of repeat chapter 11 debtors, factors causing distress in the oil and gas industry, and best practices in chapter 22 cases.
