Families First Coronavirus Response Act- Required Notification Poster Available

COVERED EMPLOYERS MUST POST AND DISTRIBUTE POSTER BY APRIL 1, 2020

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) provides emergency paid sick and family leave to employees in the wake of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).  

The Department of Labor (DOL) has released the notification poster for the FFCRA. Covered employers are required to post the notification poster in a “conspicuous place” in their offices and distribute it to all employees working remotely by no later than April 1, 2020.  The DOL also stated that “An employer may satisfy this requirement by emailing or direct mailing this notice to employees, or posting this notice on an employee information internal or external website.”
