Six Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Named As 2014 PA Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

PHILADELPHIA (May 30, 2014) – The 2014 edition of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers includes six  attorneys from the Philadelphia office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Shareholders James N. Boudreau, Robert M. Goldich, and David G. Mandelbaum are listed as Super Lawyers. This is the 10th year Mr. Mandelbaum and Mr. Goldich have been recognized as Super Lawyers, having been named to the list each year since 2004.

Hermansky focuses her immigration practice on both employment-based and family-based immigration. She has experience serving health care, pharmaceutical and real estate industries, as well as entrepreneurs, scientists and researchers in scientific communities. Hermansky represents clients in a wide range of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters including students, professionals, managers and executives, artists and entertainers, treaty investors, individuals of extraordinary ability, and immigrant investors. 

Holmes focuses his practice on environmental and commercial litigation. He has a wide range of experience in environmental transaction and regulatory counseling matters. Holmes represents businesses in state and federal courts in environmental and commercial litigation matters. He advises and 

represents industrial and state clients on environmental issues arising in permitting, compliance activities, as well as business and real estate transactions generally. Additionally, he represents natural gas exploration and production companies and midstream providers in connection with the development of the Marcellus Shale and other natural gas resources. Scarola focuses his practice on public finance and commercial lending. He has served as bond counsel, isuer’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank’s counsel, purchaser’s counsel, disclosure counsel, swap counsel and credit enhancer’s counsel in numerous tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions, including general obligation, public utilities, multifamily housing, 501(c)(3), higher education, stadium, industrial development and health care.
