Greenberg Traurig represented a consortium of banks in an accelerated bookbuilding process for 7.8% of shares of CCC S.A.

WARSAW, Poland - June 5, 2015 - Greenberg Traurig advised investment banks UBS Limited and WOOD & Company Financial Services, A.S. Polish Branch in a sale, through an accelerated bookbuilding process, of CCC S.A. shares by Ultro S.A., an entity controlled by Mr. Dariusz Miłek, the President of the Management Board of CCC S.A. The sold CCC shares represent 7.84% of the share capital and 6.67% of votes in the company.

The value of the Transaction exceeded PLN 511 million.
