MIAMI – July 1, 2015 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP is pleased to announce that Latinvex has named shareholders Mark A. Lopez and Enrique A. Conde among its Latin America Rising Legal Stars for 2015.
The annual ranking honors the top 50 rising stars from international law firms whose practice focuses on Latin America. In making its selection, editors of Latinvex recognized Lopez and Conde for their “scope and prominence of work” and “future potential” across the region.
The list includes partners, associates, and counsels from 37 different law firms. The rising stars are based in the United States, as well as in London, Mexico City, São Paulo, and the Cayman Islands.

Their recognition is one of many recent honors for Greenberg Traurig's Latin American and Iberian Practice. At the Chambers and Partners’ Latin America Awards for Excellence, the firm was named “Corporate/M&A Law Firm of the Year – International Counsel in Latin America.”
Lopez focuses his legal practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, private equity, and corporate financings throughout Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and the United States. He is proactively involved with clients assisting them to grow their businesses.
Conde focuses his legal practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, joint ventures, and all types of general contractual matters throughout North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Europe. He also advises Latin American and European companies doing business in the United States.
