BERLIN, Jan. 28, 2016 - GT Germany advised Benson Elliot Capital Management and Kauri CAB Development on the acquisition of eight properties in the centrally located city district Europacity in Berlin (value approx. 300 million euros). On the about 25,000 square meter site with a total floor area of approx. 70,000 square meters, Benson Elliot and Kauri CAB plan to build 700 residential apartments before 2018 in a mixed-use environment.
