WARSAW – July 8, 2016 - The Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office advised EcorNaturaSi, an Italian distributor of organic food, on the acquisition of the controlling stake in Organic Farma Zdrowia which was finalized July 6, 2016. The transaction involved the acquisition of 63.42 percent of the share capital which represents approximately 55.65 percent of the total number of voting rights in the company.
Greenberg Traurig lawyers supported the buyer in all aspects of the transaction, in particular with respect to due diligence, acquisition of shares, and conducting the transaction outside the regulated market as well as negotiations of the agreements between the shareholders.
The Greenberg Traurig transaction team was led by Local Partner Daniel Kaczorowski who was supported by Senior Associate Karolina Kubik and associates Anna Chrabota and Tomasz Denko.
