WASHINGTON, D.C. – Feb. 13, 2018 – Jennifer S. Zucker, a shareholder at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been recently selected for two positions.
Zucker has been selected as a member of DirectWomen’s 2018 Board Institute class. According to DirectWomen’s press release, the class of 18 women attorneys is comprised of general counsel of Fortune 500 companies, partners at top law firms, and leading lawyers from government and academia. DirectWomen’s mission is to increase gender diversity on the boards of public companies. The Board Institute assists women attorneys in focusing on analytical and problem-solving skills in order to better position themselves to serve on a board. Announced in January, this is DirectWomen’s 10th Board Institute. Greenberg Traurig Co-President, Hilarie Bass, was a member of DirectWomen’s 2012 Board Institute Class.
SRC Energy, Inc. also recently announced that Zucker has been appointed an independent director on the company’s board of directors. SRC Energy is a domestic oil and natural gas exploration and production company based out of Denver, Colorado. The appointment was announced in late January.
