Greenberg Traurig's Robert Epstein Presents at Anchin Construction & Development Forum

NEW YORK – Feb. 22, 2018 – Robert C. Epstein, co-chair of the National Construction Law Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, presented the workshop “The Art of Managing Construction Risks,” at the Anchin Construction & Development Forum. The forum took place Feb. 15, at the New York Academy of Sciences in New York City.

The Anchin Construction & Development Forum is an annual event which “brings together senior development and construction executives to translate challenges into opportunities and to explore emerging trends influencing and disrupting the industry,” according to their website. Epstein’s workshop, “The Art of Managing Construction Risks,” focused on identifying critical risk areas on construction projects and examining how developers and owners can minimize construction risks to achieve successful construction projects.

Epstein, a shareholder in the firm’s New York and New Jersey offices, is a recognized expert in construction law and contracting. He has 40 years of experience litigating complex claims involving construction and design defects, delays, payment claims, and other construction disputes. He is also a frequent author and lecturer in the area of construction law.

Epstein has been listed in The Legal 500 United States, The Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers Magazine, among others publications.
