WARSAW – March 29, 2018 – The Warsaw office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised OTB Ventures, one of the first specialized venture capital funds in Poland, on a pioneer seed funding transaction on the Polish market relating to Cosmose Inc., an American company specializing in new technologies.
Greenberg Traurig provided multidisciplinary legal advice with respect to the transaction, including development of the transaction structure and negotiations of all transaction documents.
