Greenberg Traurig Germany advises software start-up Productive Mobile on EUR 3.4 million seed investment round

Berlin, April 5, 2018Greenberg Traurig Germany advised the Berlin based software start-up Productive Mobile AWSM GmbH (Productive Mobile) on a EUR 3.4 million seed investment round. Lead investor is HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, a European early stage and growth investor. Hans Georg Näder, bionics pioneer and owner of the Ottobock group, has also participated in the seed investment round.

Productive Mobile offers companies individual and consumer-grade IT applications for automating the workflows of their employees. The capital raised will be used to accelerate the market launch, recruit new employees in Berlin and develop the product further.

Greenberg Traurig Germany advised Productive Mobile comprehensively on all legal aspects of the transaction.
