Greenberg Traurig Represents FASTSIGNS in its Acquisition by LightBay Capital and Freeman Spogli

NEW YORK March 15, 2019 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented FASTSIGNS International, Inc. (“FASTSIGNS”) as co-counsel, handling franchise and general corporate matters in its recently announced acquisition by private equity firms LightBay and Freeman Spogli & Co.

The multi-office Greenberg Traurig team that represented FASTSIGNS as co-counsel was led by shareholder David W. Oppenheim in New York. He was assisted by shareholders Nan B.
