ATLANTA – March 28, 2019 – Victoria Lockard, a shareholder in the Atlanta office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will be a panelist at the Georgia ICLE State Bar Toxic and Mass Torts Seminar, Thursday, March 28, in Atlanta, Georgia, at the State Bar of Georgia Bar Conference Center. Lockard, vice chair of the firm’s award-winning Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice, will address, “Trial Themes in Technical Cases-Lessons Learned,” representing the defense perspective. This is Lockard’s third time speaking at the Toxic and Mass Torts seminar.
Lockard’s practice focuses on product liability, complex litigation, single-plaintiff cases, mass torts, and consumer class actions. She serves as an advisor to numerous manufacturers and distributers governed by federal and state regulatory bodies such as the FDA, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and the FTC.
