GT Sponsors The Art Connolly Race Judicata

Wilmington, DE – April 22, 2019 – Global law firm, Greenberg Traurig, LLP was one of the sponsors of the 14th Annual Art Connolly Race Judicata, benefiting the Delaware Law Related Education Center, Inc. (DELREC). The race took place on April 20 at Kelly’s Logan House in Wilmington, Delaware.

DELREC is a nonprofit organization that has provided services to Delaware’s schools and the community for nearly a decade; its most widely-known programs are the Delaware High School Mock Trial Competition, the “We the People” Competition, and “Law Day.” 

Justin Mann, a corporate associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Delaware office, served as the race event co-chair and raised over $13,000 for the benefit of DELREC. Mann focuses his practice on corporate matters, with an emphasis on transactions involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships. He advises public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, recapitalizations, stock and asset sales and purchases, contests for corporate control and going-private transactions. Mann has been a member of the Young Lawyers Section and the Delaware State Bar Association since 2011. Mann received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. from New York University.
