HOUSTON – May 16, 2019 – The Houston office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues the expansion of its corporate, finance and private equity capabilities with the addition of corporate finance attorney Steven Rubin. He joins Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice as an of counsel.

Rubin started his legal career over 30 years ago at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP. He became a partner and worked at that firm, in both its New York and Houston office, for 23 years.
