WARSAW - January 30, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig advised Wood & Co. acting as the Sole Global Coordinator in a sale, through an accelerated bookbuilding process, of Ten Square Games S.A. shares. The sold shares represent 13.3% of the share capital and total votes in the company.
The shares were sold by Ten Square Games S.A. Management Board members – Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal.
The value of the Transaction amounted to over PLN 220 million.
